enhancing their directory related products and services

For Customers
With the GovPay service installed on your web server
you have full visibility of the end-to-end purchase
and payment process. The benefit of this option is the
seamless experience for your customer (they never leave
your environment) and the immediate notification of
the success or failure of the payment, so you can continue
the purchase process at the time of the transaction.
Your web server will collect and send your customers
transaction details to GovPay for inclusion in the payment
process. The secure GovPay inegrated page presents payment
pages with this information (eg. description of services
purchased and the amount). When the payment has been
authorised and processed, GovPay immediately notifies
your web server of the success (or otherwise) of the
transaction. Your web server is then responsible for
creating and displaying the transaction receipt (or
declined message) to your customer.
how does it work?
At its easiest, we integrate the payment functionality
into your site. When customers click on the payment
links, they are transferred to a secure page on your
site which will then transfer monies into GovPay's account.
GovPay contracts with you as the supplier to fulfill
the purchase order, and deposits the monies for the
sale (less fees) into your nominated accounts once the
customer has completed the transaction.
how fast can I get up and running?
GovPay can accept and process customer orders via Visa,
MasterCard, and Bankcard.
Given that the payment process is integrated into your
existing site, as soon as a customer places an order,
you will receive detailed order information via a fulfillment
email from your own system as well as from GovPay.
Detailed records of each transaction (excluding credit
card details) are also stored on our servers and can
be accessed by you to track and manage orders.
